Autumn Surprise

I can't believe it's FALL already!
It seems like just yesterday it was the beginning of Summer...school was out...lemonade was being made...I was going to the pool..."sigh" * * *

It was such a surprise when I realized that all that time had gone by without my noticing. One minute the air is full of butterflies and there's heat warning on the radio...the next there's leaves on the ground and I need to pull out my hoodie from the winter storage bin.
I know it'll all come back around again next year but I miss flowers and 80 degree weather already! :(

Does anybody out there feel the same way I do?? Is it weird for me to be typing about weather and change of seasons...or is there someone else doing it too???!


Spring is my all time favorite season. No bugs...a nice breeze is always around...warm weather...I can wear shorts and jeans without looking like a weirdy. Flowers...sweet smells, and nice walks with the dogs. Good times! :)
Autumn is my second favorite...I LOVE when the cinnamon smelling candles are bought and the nuts and leaves start falling...it's just I wasn't really expecting it! LOL

AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT'S HOLDING ONTO MY HEAD SAYING: "WHEN THE HECK DID FALL SHOW UP?!"
