My Season

I LOVE Summer :)
I love the heat...don't ask me why. And it's kinda weird...because I was the baby in our family that HAD to have the air condition on at all times...and now I'm begging Mother Nature to raise her climax! lol
It's been in the 80's this week...although rain is on and off. At least we won't have to worry about any summer fires :)

OUCH!

I got stung...
on my poor lil' footsy...by a BUMBLE BEE!!! XD

At first it was just a white lump with a pin-hole type thing in the middle. Today it's the itchiest red circle ever!
The dumb thing is...I didn't even step on the bee...it stung me on the side of my foot for no reason at all!
I know what your thinking. "If she was outside and got stung on her foot...that means she wasn't wearing any shoes, right?" ...Yes. I was stupid. And for the first time since I was 12 I didn't wear any shoes while playing frizbee. So, I guess you could say (if you wanted to be unsympathetic and a meany ;) that it serves me right. The ONE time I decide to take some liberty and go "free-footed"...I get stung by a BEE!!! :(

.......................So much for being 'foot-loose'.

My siblings and I play this game where you choose an animal to fit someone's unique personality. (A chip mynk for someone who is excited and witty....a kitty-cat for someone who is easygoing and loves to relax...etc')

Ckickens...

This is pretty random...but do you hate chickens?
I do.
(No offense to you, mom. I know you really want to get some. This is just personal ;)

Every time I go near a chicken, something crazy happens. I'll get chased around the pen, a rooster with try to peck my toes off, I'll hit my head on the chicken-coop roof, an egg will break on my foot (YUCK), or I'll just get the evil stare from one of the hens like their telling me: "I hate you for no reason. Come closer so I can peck off your nose".

Sure chickens taste good when you buy them at "Save-A-Lot"...and sure they give us eggs. But other than that...they seem to have no purpose in life but to annoy me.
Chickens are:

Smelly
Scary looking
Painful XD
Troublemakers
Evil masterminds
Suspicious
And just down-right mean (at least to ME)

I will never make friend with a chicken. I'll eat their eggs if they don't break on my foot first). I'll eat them. But I will never....EVER, have one as a friend. (Little baby chicks are adorably cute and fluffy though. They don't hate me. ~ xoxox ;)

It's 98 degrees today! "WHEW"! I like the heat though so...no worries. :)
The weird thing is, it's supposed to rain all week (starting tomorrow) ...?????

I'm almost done with school for the Summer. (We started a little late this year so I'm a tad behind.)
Jake and I will be going to the pool again next Wednesday!!! YAY! I hope it's this hot when we go! The hotter it is the better it is to swim ~ xo

I LOVE N-FLIX !!!

Our family recently started getting "Netflix". It's totally AWESOME! (Depending on what 'level' of "Netflix" you get) You pay a certain amount$$ every month (we pay around $9) and you can then order or watch instantly on your computer as many movies as you want for that month!!! The first month is free, so that's pretty cool :) I don't know why we didn't get this thing earlier...it's SOOO much cheaper than renting a movie at 'Video Biz' for $3 every other day and then paying for gas to drive it back.

In short...if you don't have "Netflix"...get it now!!!

Action

I really like to watch movies. Especially really good ones that make you hold on the the edge of your seat. I think acting would be a fun career...pretty hard, but fun :). I could see myself acting...really, I could.
I love intense action movies. I love the suspense, the thrill, the drama, the excitement. Yes, I enjoy other movie styles too...but my favorites probably involve a lot of fiction and/or history. Here are a few of my favorite action movies (along with my personal ratings for each one):
