AFTER March 13th

I recently learned that more people have car accidents, heart attacks, commit suicide, feel extremely tired, are late for things, and have bad work days on the day AFTER Daylight Saving begins than any other day of the year!

Have you been feeling one step back in your day? Not necessarily feeling sick...just drowsy and down in the dumps?
The reason for this...(and everything else horrible that happens the the second day of Daylight savings) is :

1.) Some people forget to or just don't turn their clocks ahead properly or at all (late for things etc'.)

2.) Your Biological Rhythm doesn't mesh in properly with your actions (when you wake up at 6AM. in "reality" time its actually 5AM....etc')

So, take it slow, relax, and even take the time for a one hour nap...that way...you'll get back on you "normal" time schedule and won't feel so crumby :) ....(remember to check the time on your cellphones too...some times they turn themselves one hour BACK instead of forward. If your phone did this, just turn it completely off, and then reset it)
