Sunshine?

The sun is out. Not a cloud in the sky.
AND IT'S STILL COLD OUTSIDE!!!
How could the weather be freezing when the sun is pouring down its rays and there aren't any clouds?

I looked out my window today and thought "Awesome! A nice and sunny, warm Spring day! I'm totally going for a walk!"
I put on my shoes in a hurry, walk downstairs with excitement, open the door, and WHAM! An icy cold wind hits my face and I gasp desperately for breath!
Of course I still went outside...didn't want to be a party-pooper...but I had to get my winter coat and a hat on! Come on, Mother Nature, I'm done with Winter! Bring on the warmth of Spring!
