Cold cold cold.

It is totally cold here.
We've been getting snow flurries here and there but nothing sticks...."humph" :(
Our house is ready for X-Mas! We got our beautiful tree a while ago and all the decorations are up * * *

I'm going to try an make cookies, pretzel treats (pretzel with melted Hershey kiss and one M&M on top ;), and peanut brittle for friends, family and neighbors this year. I've never been very good at cooking, but it's the thought that counts (right?) so I'm gonna give it a try.

So,...today I took a shower and "forgot" to wrap my hair in a towel like I always do to dry it. Stupid me went outside without realizing that my hair was still a little wet and...
IT FROZE! I came back in and my newly washed silky hair was a mess of icicle sticklets! LOL

( >>>>>  NEVER GO OUTSIDE IN DECEMBER WITH MOIST HAIR...EVEN IF YOU DON'T THINK IT'S VERY COLD OUTSIDE. you'll regret it. )

I understand my lessons an' all (most of them anyway), it's just that it's getting so hard to find time to do a full day. I've been extra busy lately during this holiday season..."cough"...but I can't say 'with what' because certain people are readying this post.

Almost time for x-Mas!

Omg....
I can't believe X-Mas is next month!
But thanks to your awesome gift idees I'm ready for shopping! (Thx for the suggestions by the way =D....)

Christmas is my favorite holiday all the way! Hands down! It is such a beautiful, warm, 'awesomely yummy smelling' time of the year! =D



Here is a random list of the main 'thingymajigs' I LOVE about Christmas!!!! :

1.) Yummy smells!

2.) Visiting Friends and family (for some reason it seems much more cozy and loving when you do it around Christmas time :)

3.) Shopping for gifts

4.) Going to get a tree

5.) Putting up the tree and decorating it ~ xo

6.) Decorating the house

7.) Wearing warm cloths

8.) Snow and icicles! (But not too much! Last year we had...like....4-5ft. of snow (seriously!) and we literally had to shovel our way out the front door!....And anywhere else we needed to go.....Yikes!)

9.) Watching x-mas movies

10.) Sitting by the fire at night with a blanky ~ xxoxoxoxo

11.) HOT CHOCOLATE! =D

12.) Christmas Music.....("all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth...two front teeth, see my two front teeth......ifin' I could only have ma' two front teeth...then I could wish you merry Christmas!"....applause =D)

POST AGAINST ABORTION

Things you should know about me:

1.) I do NOT think Mr. Obama is a good president...and I seriously think America is not going to remain a free country as long as he is.

2.) I HATE Algebra... see no point in it.

3.) I LOVE good food/beverages ~ xo (my first love :)

4.) My favorite thing to do during the holidays is visit family/friends (especially if they have a candy bowl in their living room. Hey...what's wrong with having a good time and getting good treats right?!)

5.) I love fiction stories and movies (especially if there's dragons, monsters, dwarfs, elves, castles, magic, love, fighting/action involved. AND if the story makes me laugh and cry).

6.) I LOVE "Lord of the Rings", "Narnia", and other adventure stuff like that...but I am not into it so much that I hang posters of them all over my wall and completely cover my blog with logos for it

7.) I am really good at writing stories (fiction)...not to brag.

8.) I admit when I am in the wrong...but I will not back down when I know for a fact that I'm in the right.

9.) I will stand up for my faith/what I believe.

10.) I can withstand enormous pain. Even though it hurts ("chuckle").

11.) I lovelovelove clothes, shoes, jewelry, makeup, and hats...but I'm not really a girlygirl.

12.) I'm not afraid to play sports with guys. Getting knocked on my "butt" does not make me cry.

13.) I am good at photography, but I'm not going to say I'm an expert....cuz' I'm not.

14.) I <3 Coffee (but not black...cream and sugar for me :)

15.) I can't wait to get my drivers permit....WOOPEE! But i do not plan to drive like an idiot. No thank you... I would like to stay ALIVE.

16.) I am smart (to a limit).

17.) I have a good memory...as long as it's something I want to remember.

18.) Sunglasses rock! lol.

19.) I can not tell jokes...AT ALL.

20.) I can be stubborn and impatient.

21.) I could live with nothing but music =P.

22.) I have a WILD imagination.

Thanksgiving is on the way! Hurray! (aren't I such a poet?! ...lol ;)

Delicious food...friends and family...autumn colors...cinnamon smelling candles... decorations... turkey coloring pages (blush) :) ...chilly air...AH! The life!
Although X-mas is my favorite holiday...Thanksgiving rocks! LOL
I finally get to just let go and feast my head off! Or at least I do on November 25 anyway...."snicker"...

Don't worry...I understand the real meaning of Thanksgiving. Being Thankful is something I'm really good at! ...Not to brag......;)
To help us remember this "meaning", my family usually does this awesome activity. We go outside and cut a few SMALL branches. We put the SMALL branches in a vase and cut out little colorful paper leaves. On each leaf, we write something we're thankful for... and then stick the leaf on a branch! Cool hu?!

I LOVE Thanksgiving!...I just feel sorry for the turkey...:(

It's getting...chilly, a little breezy, darker earlier,...there's frost in the morning, I'm forced to sleep in my hoodie........
In other more practical and intelligent words.........

On top of that, our heater is broken! And I literally have a cold UG! :(
What I claimed about wearing a coat in bed was true...I seriously have to not only bury myself under my many pillows and hundreds of blankets to stay warm, but also, pathetically, I must wear my hoodie to sleep...
OMG! LIKE, HELP!

Is anyone else like me?.......(FROZEN!)
If you get news flash on your radio or TV about a young 15 year old girl in PA who was found frozen inside an ice block wearing a hoodie...START WORRYING...cuz' it will most likely turn out to be me!........... And you will never hear from your innocent, totally awesome, intelligent, witty little blogging friend ever again! XD

The surprising thing is that a lot of the leaves here are still desperately hanging on to there branches ......
NONE of them are green (obviously)....them's all red, orange, yellow and brown....but I thought they would have all fallen by now. Even the leaves are surviving better than I am! ......."sniff"......poor widdle me...... :(
